You can book your blood test online or by calling 020 8296 2846 or 020 8296 8044 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The service at Jubilee Health Centre is open 08:30-12:00, Monday to Friday by appointment only. Please see the Blood Test Poster for full information about the site you attend for your blood test as only some offer printing on site, for others you will need to get the form and take it with you.
