Join us for the “Healthy You” event, starting on Thursday, 25th January, from 12-3 pm at The Phoenix Centre, Roundshaw Estate, Wallington. This monthly event at the same time every month focuses on overall wellness, including weight management, nutrition, stress reduction, sleep quality, habit building, and chronic health management.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary snack lunch and beverages, and can participate in a raffle. The event offers laptops and mobiles to take home, vaccines, financial advice, exercise and music sessions, mental health support, health checks, and food recipes.
